Assoenologi, the most ancient National Association of wine technicant of the world, has awarded Manlio Collavini the title of Honorary Member for his important contribution to the development of the historical vine Ribolla Gialla of Friuli Venezia Giulia, with a new interpretation of the sparkling process.
