Villa Zucco-Cuccagna is also the backdrop for our welcoming Osteria della Ribolla, the ideal spot for a break to taste our typical Friulian dishes combined with a glass of Collavini wine.
In 2002 the Osteria was created from part of the old castle’s vinification cellar, and is located at the entrance to our winery, near our shop.
Despite its recent restoration, the Osteria della Ribolla still preserves the traits of an old tavern.
Manager Alberto Ticozzi is ready to welcome you and friends for a traditional drink and snack, or for a comfortable lunch or dinner. His food, inspired by the Hapsburg Empire, will help you discover the traditions of Friulian cuisine and local flavors.
To liven up the weekly menu the Chef creates a “Surprise Dish”, inspired by his own creativity.
