Hand harvested grapes are destemmed and ferment on the skins for two weeks in automatic temperature-controlled tanks. Its ageing, starting from the following spring, is continued in seasoned oak barrels.
It is a wine that marries well with roasts, as well as fried and stewed white meats, in particular rabbit, poultry, veal and pork.
