This wine comes from a blend of Pinot Grigio and Pinot Nero; Il Grigio “Royal” is fined on the lees for at least 6 months. This prolonged fining on the lees of the Martinotti method is the hallmark of quality of our sparkling wines. The final touch is reserved for the dosage, made up of extracts of wild berries from mountain territory of Carnia, which complete its aromatic endowment.
It is a classic aperitif, and finds the right pairing with fish and seafood appetizers, and is an excellent match for fresh and medium aged cheeses.
It is also an excellent companion to pastries.
