The grapes, which are harvested in their full ripeness, are pressed immediately. The fermentation
is carried out completely in steel barriques for about 2 weeks at a temperature of 14-16 °C. Fining and maturation on noble lees lasts until spring.
Recognized for its great elegance, this Pinot Grigio is the most international of the Friulian wines, which perfectly matches with a great variety of dishes.
