The Pinot and Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso grapes, harvested separately, are macerated on the skins for a very short time, sufficient to give the wine a delicate coppery color, from which it takes its name. Refinement in steel follows.
Wine for Mediterranean pastas, white meats, grilled or baked fish. Also ideal as an aperitif.
