It is the wine that best represents the Friulian culture of taste over the last few centuries. A classic vinification as a white wine, with soft pressing followed by fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks.
It is a classic wine that can be had as an aperitif and also pairs well with fish-based and asparagus based appetizers. It goes well with soups of spring vegetables and first course seafood dishes.
It is unsurpassed with San Daniele raw cured ham.
